This policy requires that you complete specific actions within the first 14 days to qualify.

Our goal is to ensure that you fully participate in the training before determining whether it is the right fit for you.

To be eligible for an action-based refund, you must provide proof that you completed the required steps. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To request a refund, you must first complete the New Member Coaching Process:

(1) Watch and complete all training videos in Modules 1–4;

(2) Submit your Coaching Questionnaire;

(3) Book and attend your one-on-one coaching call.

Once these conditions are met, you may request a refund by replying to your confirmation email (the email you received immediately after purchasing your Wealth By Design product or service) and providing evidence that you have completed all required steps.

Refunds will be processed if all conditions have been met in full. Customers who do not meet all requirements may, at our sole discretion, be offered a partial refund.

Download or Access Issues: In the event you experience difficulties accessing or downloading digital content, please contact our support team. Wealth By Design ensures that our materials are compatible with all major browsers, and download issues are most often related to customer browser settings, device restrictions, firewall settings, or network limitations.

Software or System Errors: Although all materials are tested prior to release, unexpected issues may occur. If you experience a technical error that prevents use of the product, please submit a support request so we can investigate the issue.

Product Not-As-Described: Requests based on this reason are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To avoid misunderstandings, we strongly encourage all customers to review available previews, free training sessions, product samples, and walkthroughs prior to purchase.

We are not responsible for refund amounts resulting from technical issues on your device, including but not limited to: faulty hardware, outdated software, printer malfunctions, inability to install necessary programs (e.g., PDF readers), or issues related to your internet connection.
